The City of Saint John has informed us that all city rinks will be closed from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. that evening. Unfortunately, this closure affects all our ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ at the Stewart Hurley Arena on ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ต๐๐ต ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐.

Whether you’re just stepping onto the ice or looking to enhance your skating skills, we offer a range of Skate Canada programs designed to support every stage of a skaterโs journey.
Our programs are led by certified coaches through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and follow the principles of Skate Canadaโs Long-Term Development (LTD) model. This ensures that each skater – whether recreational or competitive – has the opportunity to grow in a positive, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Our Programs
PreCanSkate
PreCanSkate is a fun and supportive program designed for our youngest beginners, offering a gentle introduction to the sport of skating.
CanSkate
Designed for beginners of all ages, CanSkate helps you improve basic skating skills for figure skating, hockey, ringette, or speed skating, while promoting fitness and fun.
Advanced CanSkate
For skaters who have moved beyond the basics and are ready to refine their skills at a higher level, this program provides the perfect combination of technical training and fun.
StarSkate
Focused on figure skating development, StarSkate provides a structured pathway for skaters to refine their technique in areas such as jumps, spins, edges, and footwork.
Adult / Teen Skate
Our Adult / Teen Skate program is designed for adults and teens who want to learn to skate or improve their skating skills in a fun, supportive environment.
PowerSkate
Designed specifically for hockey and ringette players ready to take their skating skills to the next level, this program builds on the foundational skills developed in CanSkate.
